Race Ready Bikes: Please check your tires, brakes, and bar ends/plugs.
Safety: Walk your bike in any congested areas.
Weather Updates: Sign up for "Rained Out" which does not renew year over year Rained Out
Race Plates: I will bring all the race plates to Austin, after they are handed out, they are your responsibility. Replacements are not free.
Coaches, you must have level 1 certification complete the Wednesday before the race to receive a race plate for the weekend.
Call Up: Volunteer's start calling names 10 minutes before the race starts. If you miss your name, you start at the end of your wave. BE THERE EARLY

Pre-Ride:
ALL PRE-RIDES MUST BE WITH A COACH and you MUST have your race plate.
Friday evening, 4:30 PM to sunset.
Saturday morning, sunrise until 11:00 AM
Saturday evening, after the course is clear until sunset, Sunday racers ONLY
Sunday morning, sunrise until 7:00 AM, Sunday racers ONLY
Warm-up: Be ready 45 minutes before your race. The warm-up loop crosses the race course, so please allow extra time to cross on your return before your call up.
Feed Zone: We have a number of racers competing in categories with more laps than previous years. If your rider would like a spare water bottle or nutrition, please come prepared. Parents and/or coaches can hand riders these items in the Feed Zone ONLY. Please let me know if you plan to use the feed zone.

Adult Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteers are always needed during race weekends. Course crossing, course marshal, scoring, staging, finish chute, all are 100% volunteers, no experience required. MCA recommends 3 volunteer hours per racer. 25 racers X 3 hours each = 75 hours needed for our team
